“During my stay at Hotel Carlito, I was fortunate enough to dine at Cafe Etoile. The ambiance was good, and the culinary offerings were superb. On my first morning, I had a plated breakfast followed by a buffet on the second day. The buffet featured a plethora of Filipino breakfast staples such as beef tapa, pancakes, and pandesal, which were all absolutely delicious.
